YHWH Nailgun (VS) - spreek uit: Yahweh, ‘like the name of God in the Hebrew Bible’ - is een frisse toevoeging aan de recente golf experimentele bands zoals Black Midi of Clown Core (met Sam Gendel). Hun levendige, energieke en eclectische geluid onstaat uit het omvormen van industriële noise scapes tot gedigitaliseerde elektronische dansvloer anthems, met een zanger die klinkt alsof hij tegelijkertijd gemarteld wordt en een hoogtepunt bereikt.

Deze vierkoppige band uit New York landde in hun jonge carrière al op grote festivals als Best Kept Secret en Pitchfork Music Festival en werd net getekend door AD 93 Recordings die onder andere BRDCST-favoriet Moin onder contract heeft.
